Mr. Bender has been a practicing attorney and litigator since 1991. He was the Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association for five years, and remains active in several legal associations.
Mr. Bender has represented numerous homeowners in foreclosure litigation, condominium disputes, partition and boundary matters.
